How much are sessions?

Individual Therapy (55 minutes): $130
For adults navigating career, health, or relationship crossroads.
Couples sessions (90 minutes) $200
Parent Consultation (90 minutes): $250
For parents of teens navigating anxiety, depression, or emotional intensity.
Case Consultation for Clinicians (55 minutes): $130
For therapists and coaches seeking clarity in their business or increased effectiveness OR consultation for working with people with eating disorders. Please note I am not a WA state clinical supervisor.

What’s the difference between therapy and consultation?

Therapy is a licensed clinical service for individuals seeking mental health treatment.
Consultation is available to parents or professionals who are seeking support, strategy, or insight, but are not receiving a mental health diagnosis or treatment.
If you’re unsure which service is right for you, feel free to reach out—I’m happy to help you sort it out.

Do you take insurance

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, I can provide a superbill (detailed receipt with diagnosis code) which you may submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Please check with your insurance provider to ask:

Do I have out-of-network benefits for mental health?
Is telehealth covered?
What percentage of each session is reimbursed?
Do I need pre-authorization?

Some clients prefer not to involve insurance at all in order to maintain greater privacy and flexibility.

What happens in an initial free consultation?

It’s a chance to meet for 30 minutes, briefly talk about what’s bringing you here, and ask any questions you have about how I work. There’s no pressure or obligation—just space to explore whether we’re a good fit.
