Fees, Payment & FAQs
Do you take insurance?
Yes, I'm in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield managed by Premera, Regence, Asuris & LifeWise. I'm also in network with Cigna (for nutrition counseling) & First Choice.
Because of my contract with insurance, If you plan to use insurance we can only meet for 60 minutes.
Financial coaching is not covered by insurance. The fee is $175 per 90 minute session.
What should I prepare for my initial consultation?
You will receive some paperwork to complete before your first session. It should take 20-30 minutes to complete. It includes a brief intake form, giving me a general idea of what kind of help you're looking for.
Here's a question I'll ask you in our initial meeting that you can think about ahead of time: If a miracle happened in your life, what would be different? How would you know the miracle happened?
I can't wait to hear your answer!
What form of payment do you accept? Can I set up a payment plan?
I take cash, check or debit card. Payment must be received at time of service. I don't offer payment plans and we recommend not using a credit card (debt) to pay for treatment. If money habits are a problem for you- you're not alone! Let's talk about resources and how to work within a budget.
All payment is due at time of service.
What if I just want to meet for 60 minutes?
We can meet for 60, 75 or 90 minute sessions and I will prorate my fee. We can decide together the length of appointment that works best for you and your recovery. Depending on my availability we can decide week to week how much time we need for the following session.
