For 10 years I've been helping teens & adults struggling with disordered eating and crippling body image. But eating issues don't occur on their own- they are usually accompanied by depression, anxiety, relationship struggles and addictions. No matter where you are on the disordered eating spectrum, I can help you get to the bottom of your struggles and learn how to accept your body and feed yourself well. And, just as importantly, feel good about yourself.
Together, within a trusting & honest relationship, we will roll up our sleeves and get to work changing negative thinking & behavior patterns.
I use a structured approach, which means we're not just going to talk about what's bothering you, we're going to work through many different techniques to make real, lasting changes. You'll have homework to do between sessions so you can make progress faster than you thought possible.
I can provide 60 or 90 minute sessions so you can see improvement in fewer weeks. We'll discuss a limited timeframe to complete each goal so you can feel the satisfaction of crossing the finish line.
We'll focus on one problem at a time until its RESOLVED.
