Eating well and being physically active can have huge benefits on your physical and emotional wellbeing. But putting it into practice is a struggle for many people.  If you'd like support in making health behavior change without dieting or focusing on weight loss, I'd love to help you.

I have a special interest in nutrition education to reduce inflammation and women's hormone balance.

I am a Certified Nutritionist with a Master's degree in Nutrition and Clinical Health Psychology and I work form a Health At Every Size approach.  I want to help you care for your body out of love and reap the rewards.
